Porcelain Paving & Professional Patio Installation
Beautiful paving is the foundation of a well-designed outdoor space. Discover carefully selected porcelain paving and professionally installed patio packages, brought to you by the garden designers and landscapers at Kirman Design.
Whether you are creating a small seating area, a contemporary dining terrace or a larger outdoor entertaining space, we can help you choose the right paving and plan your project.
More than simply laying paving
A successful patio should look as though it belongs to the house and garden. Its size, shape, colour and position all influence how comfortably the outdoor space can be used.
At Landscaping Emporium, we approach paving from a garden designer's perspective. We consider the relationship between the patio and the property, furniture arrangements, circulation, levels, drainage and the surrounding planting.
Our porcelain paving collection has been selected for its appearance, durability and suitability for external use. Combined with professional installation, it provides an attractive and practical solution for gardens across North West England.
Considered proportions
A patio should accommodate furniture comfortably while allowing space to move around it. We help you plan dimensions that suit the intended use.

Find the right paving for your garden
Choosing paving is about more than selecting a colour. Consider the architecture of the property, the surrounding materials, natural light and the atmosphere you want to create.
Warm stone tones
Beige, cream and natural stone-inspired finishes can create a welcoming patio that complements planting, timber and traditional building materials.
Contemporary greys
Grey and concrete-inspired porcelain can create a clean architectural appearance, particularly alongside modern extensions and contemporary garden structures.
Texture and character
Subtle markings, tonal variation and textured finishes add interest to a paved area without overwhelming the wider garden design.

Why professional patio installation matters
Even the best porcelain paving can perform poorly when installed incorrectly. A patio is a complete construction, not simply a surface covering.
The finished result depends on suitable excavation, sub-base preparation, correct bedding and bonding, appropriate drainage falls, accurate cutting and reliable jointing.
Our professional installation service is supported by Kirman Design's experience in garden design and landscaping. We consider how the patio will function within the complete garden, rather than treating it as an isolated area of paving.
Porcelain paving FAQs
How much does a porcelain patio cost?
The price depends on the patio size, paving selection, ground conditions, access, drainage and installation requirements. Use our Patio Cost Configurator for an initial estimate.
Is porcelain paving suitable for the North West?
Yes. Quality outdoor porcelain has very low water absorption and good frost resistance, making it suitable for our climate when correctly installed with appropriate drainage.
Is porcelain paving slippery when wet?
Outdoor porcelain should have an appropriate slip-resistant finish. Many of our selected products have an R11 classification. No paving is completely slip-proof, and regular cleaning remains important.
Does porcelain paving require sealing?
Porcelain generally does not require sealing in the same way as some porous natural stones. Always follow the recommendations for the particular product.
Can I buy a complete installed patio online?
Our Patio Cost Configurator allows you to select a porcelain patio package and proceed to checkout. The measurements and site conditions are subsequently verified through the site assessment, with any changes handled under the agreed terms.
Where do you install patios?
